个人简介: 2007年和2010年于山东师范大学获得理学学士和硕士学位,2014年于清华大学获得博士学位。主要研究方向为过渡金属催化的有机反应机理研究、金属配合物的电子结构研究和多尺度模拟。主要研究工作有:(1)提出了锕酰碳酸盐体系成键的“钚转折点”现象,该成果对深入理解锕系、镧系和过渡金属的成键差异和氧化态变化规律有重要意义;(2)开发了拥有自主知识产权的熔盐体系的极化力场拟合程序,实现了复杂环境下高温熔盐体系的多尺度模拟;(3)系统研究了多个标志性化学反应的机理,提出了电子效应和位阻效应调控选择性机制、溶剂介导反应选择性模式以及双重导向基团的协同竞争规律。 目前,已在ACS Catalysis,Chem. Sci., J. Org. Chem., Inorg. Chem., J. Comp. Chem.等国际知名学术期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、山东省优青项目1项。 | ||||
